Conference objectives
This conference aims to explore how cutting edge organisations are currently using the most advanced Digital Media platforms for profitably multipurpose contents from newspapers, magazines, broadcasters or books.

Conference moderator: Dr. Stig Nordqvist, Executive Director,Emerging Digital Platforms and Business Development, WAN-IFRA
Dr Stig Nordqvist has worked as researcher, consultant, trainer and media professional since 1990. He started his career in media as CIO at Stampen Group in Sweden 1997-2001. In 2008 he was hired as IFRA's Director, Digital Media Research. In the WAN-IFRA merger in June 2009 he was promoted to Executive Director of Business Development and Emerging Digital Platforms Business Unit.
Over recent years Stig has provided advisory services to big international media companies, including: Singapore Press Holdings, MDA Singapore, Voralberger, Stampen, Yomiuri Shimbun, News International, IFLA, Finnish Media Association and Ringier.

Digital Media Asia 2009 includes 3 one-day conferences. Each day focuses on a specific topic. Day 1 is 'Online' while Day 2 is 'Mobile' and Day 3 is 'eReading'. You can register for one or two or all three depending on your area of interest.
