We combine high quality multimedia content and real-time information from sources on the web into a personalized media experience. junct!on is much more than a magazine PDF – it allows the user to organize and archive relevant content – increasing efficiency and usability. junct!on consists of three components: #The cockpit provides 4 feeds: news, tweets, blogs and jobs. They have been set up by our editorial, but can also be personalized. # The monthly magazine presents insights and knowledge for growing businesses in different directions: connect, locate and draw attention to your business in the digital world, outstanding ad campaigns, mobile apps, media strategies and tactics. And since the iPad is still very much a lifestyle product, tips and amusing bits on culture and trends. # myjunct!on let's you save snippets of information, articles, case studies etc., tag them and store them for later. The same goes for your favourite feeds from the cockpit. The business model is a paid app model. However, the first 1 -3 issues will be free of charge in order to initially generate reach and downloads which will make the app more attractive to advertisers and increase our audience and revenues. We launched in July 2011 and are considering various revenue models: revenue share, product placement, sponsoring and links to stores where products can be bought online and paid content. Our vision was to produce a magazine for tablet PCs from scratch leveraging all the multimedia possibilities which make reading magazines more entertaining today. We wanted to create content on topics for business professionals from all industry sectors giving them inspiration to improve and expand their businesses. We wanted to show that its possible for a mid sized publishing house to create, develop and produce a magazine on a global scale by leveraging the resources available today, eg. cutting out shipment and printing costs and and still delivering globally. junct!on has been essential in driving our business forward in new directions. We want to show that we are a thought leading company, always on the hunt for new ideas and ways to expand our target group and reach new potential readers with our products. We want to expand, reach audiences outside of the communication sector and in the much broader market of business professionals, regardless how big or small the company, the regional location or what their business is.
