	Das Projekt „Meine Gemeinde“ ist ein regionales Internetportal, auf dem die Bürger jeder Vorarlberger Gemeinde schreiben können, was sie bewegt und woran sie Anteil nehmen. Jedem einzelnen Bürger ist dabei die Möglichkeit gegeben, seine eigenen Neuigkeiten, Berichte, Mitteilungen, Kundmachungen, aber vor allem auch Fotos, sowie in naher Zukunft auch Videos, und andere Dateien auf die Gemeindeseite zu stellen. Parallel werden die Portale durch Nachrichten aus dem Netzwerk der Gemeindereporter der „Vorarlberger Nachrichten“, Todesanzeigen und anderen relevanten Quellen im Vorarlberger Medienhaus angereichert.
translation:	The “Meine Gemeinde” project is a regional Internet portal where citizens of every community in the Vorarlberg region can write about what concerns them and in which they participate. Each individual citizen has the possibility to add his own news, reports, announcements, and especially photos. In the near future it will be possible alsyo to put videos and other files on the community page. Parallel to this, the portals are enriched with news drawn from the network of community reporters of the “Vorarlberger Nachrichten” daily newspaper, death notices, as well as other relevant sources from the Vorarlberg media company.

	„Meine Gemeinde“ beinhaltet 97 Onlineportale, bestehend aus einer übergeordneten Seite (Metaseite) http://meinegemeinde.vol.at und 96 eigenständigen Gemeindeportalen (wie z.B. http://bregenz.vol.at oder http://lochau.vol.at).

	Grundidee Ihres Crossmedia-Lokalprojektes
	User können sich gegenseitig informieren, untereinander austauschen und miteinander kommunizieren. Wesentlicher Bestandteil sind aber die Inhalte von Usern (user-generated-content). Im weitesten Sinne umfasst dies: Berichte mit Bilder / Videos, Glückwünsche zu besonderen Anlässen (Geburten, Geburtstage, Taufen, Hochzeiten, Todesfälle etc.), Informationen von Gemeinden, Vereinen und anderen Institutionen. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt bei „Meine Gemeinde“ sehr stark auf regionaler Ebene. Mit dem geplanten Ausbau von „Meine Gemeinde“ sollen neben Bürgern auch vermehrt Vereine und andere Non-Profit-Organisationen das Angebot von „Meine Gemeinde“ nutzen und die Öffentlichkeit über Neuigkeiten zu informieren. „Meine Gemeinde“ ist ein Treffpunkt für Bürger, Vereine, Organisationen sowie Unternehmen aus den jeweiligen Gemeinden.
translation:	Users can share information, exchange views and communicate with one another. However, a major component is user-generated-content. This includes in the broadest sense: reports with photos/ videos, congratulations on special occasions (births, birthdays, christenings, weddings, deaths, etc.), official announcements of local communities, associations and other organisations. The focus of “Meine Gemeinde” is directed very firmly towards the regional level. The planned extension of “Meine Gemeinde” is intended to encourage, besides citizens, associations as well as other non-profit organisations to use the offerings of “Meine Gemeinde” and inform the public about new developments. “Meine Gemeinde” is a meeting place for citizens, associations, organisations as well as businesses from the communities concerned.

	Umsetzung
	Das Projekt wurde im Oktober 2007 gestartet. Abteilungen des Vorarlberger Medienhauses, die maßgeblich an dem Projekt beteiligt sind: "Vorarlberger Nachrichten" (VN / Heimat) "Vorarlberg Online (http://www.vol.at) Ausgewählte Beiträge der User werden in Zeitungstiteln (Vorarlberger Nachrichten, VN-Heimat Regionalbeilage) abgedruckt. Dieser Service der crossmedialen Publikation ist innovativ und neuartig. Darüber wurde der Workflow der Printproduktion dahingehend optimiert, dass die freien Mitarbeiter der Zeitung ihre Artikel ausschließlich auf „Meine Gemeinde“ einspielen. Die redaktionellen Artikel auf „Meine Gemeinde“ sind Grundlage für die Zeitungsproduktion. Print und Online greifen auf dieselben Quellen zurück und transportieren dieselben Artikel, das Onlineportal naturgemäß mehr. Vgl. Produktionsprozess. Die Zeitung wird aus Online-Content generiert.

	Das Projekt verzeichnet einen stetigen Anstieg bzgl. Page Views, Visits und Visitors ---------------------------- Jänner 2009: Page Views: 226.576 Visits: 122.136 Visitors: 66.156 ---------------------------- Mai 2010: Page Views: 2.435.298 Visits: 346.100 Visitors: 177.256 ---------------------------- Das Projekt hat für den Printbereich so viele Anregungen und neuen Content gebracht, dass die Anzahl der HEIMAT-Print-Ausgaben erhöht wurden. Noch im Verlauf dieses Jahres wird die Anzahl der Print-Titel verdoppelt, da wir mehr Content aus dem echten Leben vermitteln können.
