  General information about the publication
   "Sloboda" – is a multimedia enterprise based on the principles of citizen journalism. One edition has two media platforms: newspaper and WEB 2.0 RodGor.ru. 70% of subjects in each issue is offered by the readers themselves.
We don't depend on authorities, political parties, someone's business or other group interests.
"Sloboda" is the most popular and most read newspaper in Tula.
"Sloboda" tells about the current events in the region of spread, has a positive focus and a wide scope of subjects: cultural life, economy, business, consumption, sports and etc.. The newspaper also helps people to communicate and navigate in our modern world.

  Entry description
   The newspaper published 32 extra pages, where all graduating classes of local schools were published, and the names of each graduate. On the web portal appeared a page where you can see all the graduates of local schools in 2009.
  The basic idea of your cross-media local project
   As a result of the project we took into account:
- increased loyalty to the newspaper of the young audience (17 years old), as well as the audience 40 + (parents). This newspaper will be kept for many years and stood out among all other media!
- strengthened its position as a positive media. When the student finishes a school, he experiences joy and a flurry of positive emotions associated with the beginning of a new life.
- surprised customers, readers, none of the rivals had never done such large-scale project before.
- created a new platform for advertisers.

  The implementation
   The action started three weeks before the special issue was published. Reporters phoned all the schools, attracted school principals to get all photos (172 photos were provided by the students), signed the names of every graduate for to having any mistakes in their names in this “unigue” edition.

  Results of the local project implementation
   The whole town began to speak about the special issue of the newspaper "Sloboda" before the beginning of its advertising on TV.
The whole town seethed: although we published the increased circulation, copies sold out in the twinkling of an eye. People bought 2- 3 copies for themselves, their family and friends. And advertisers valued a new idea: the project "Graduates-2010" had a lot of new clients.
