The "Pelas ruas" project is the most grateful idea that we have had in zerohora.com. Since it was created, people take part, send suggestions about facts that is happening in their streets. This product is a particular way to resolve daily problems that our comunity have. Things like holes in the street, pipe leaks, garbage on the sidewalks and deglect of government. |

The big deal of this project is aproach people and journal. Here, they feel like owner newspaper and they know that all kink of problems can be reported here. So, it became a tool with capacibility to get a mediation between reader and government. |

Since october, 2008, we have the "Pelas Ruas" space. Reporters and photographers makes together this product. Often, reports published during the day are published too in newspaper journal. We get shot many situatins so many times and the images are show in television. It is consistent across all channels bacause deal with problems of people, things that can be solved quickly with our help. |

Since it began, our site get more softly, merging hard news with daily people. We have created ane-mail just to receive suggestions of readers. Every day are dozen of complaint about things to be resolved in neighbourhoods. |
