Change Management for the newsroom
Once the training has begun, implementing projects in editorial departments can be a daunting task. Acceptance of new changes is generally low amongst editorial staff. Therefore we offer a two-day workshop specifically geared towards the needs of management needing to get change through. These training sessions are provided in Frankfurt/Germany and South Carolina/USA as well as directly at our customer locations.
