Are you uncertain if the color quality in your newspaper is in line with the international ISO standard for high quality? Would you like to ensure that your printing quality satisfies the requirements of the International Newspaper Color Quality Club? Do you want to convince advertising and printing customers of your high standard of printing quality?

We are pleased to provide you with two possibilities that enable you to check yourself the standard of quality your newspaper achieves:

Color Quality Self-Check

The Color Quality Self-Check is a free-of-charge online tool that helps you to evaluate your color print quality. You print the IFRA Cuboid target, measure your print samples with a spectrophotometer and enter your figures in an online form on the web site. We will deliver the results back to you after evaluation. This test procedure does not include the color register check. Please note that the results are wholly dependent on your measuring instruments, measuring conditions and measuring precision. Accordingly, we cannot afford a guarantee for the results in the report.

Color Quality IFRA Check

The Color Quality IFRA Check, for which a fee is charged, saves you a lot of work, while at the same time giving you reliable results by which to judge the quality of your newspaper and how it would perform in a real Color Quality Club evaluation. You send us the printed newspaper copies containing the IFRA Cuboid target for measurement. Besides the colorimetric assessment, the evaluation report also includes the register precision check. You receive a comprehensive report that allows you an accurate assessment of your internal quality level and proximity to the ISO standard. Price per evaluation is EUR 150 (EUR 90 for members).
