Thanks!
I just read most English articles in this report. By far it’s the most comprehensive report on newspapers and digital printing. Congratulations! Especially important for me since I am launching a national, quarterly tabloid personalized newspaper in the USA. In 2004 I tested on Kodak Versamark’s VX5000, but results were not suitable. My target audience is over 100,000 high-income women who are technology savvy. As a result I will be using Xeikon 6000s and Kern finishing equipment, neither of which were covered in this report from the articles I read so far. The Xeikon 6000s deliver the high-resolution and perfect registration I require to print on a coated number three grade of stock. And Kern has a digital newspaper solution that rivals Hunkeler. In the end it doesn't matter which system or equipment anyone deploys as long as the reader and advertiser are being served features and benefits that satisfy their needs, and the publisher can make a profit doing so. I hope in the future your coverage extends to others like myself in the industry who are not using the equipment and vendors such as Kodak Versamark, Oce, Hunkeler and others mentioned in this piece. Thanks for creating this report. I think now is an exciting time to be in this industry!
