IFRA Board Member Iñaki Arechabaleta Torróntegui

Iñaki Arechabaleta Torróntegui is Managing Director Printed Press of Spain's Vocento.

Iñaki Arechabaleta Torrontegui joined Grupo Correo Prensa Española, S.A. in September 2002, which is today Vocento, S.A., where he is Managing Director Printed Press, with responsibilities for ABC, regional newspapers, magazines, supplements and the company that carries out the commercialisation of all Vocento Group activities.

From January 1994 to September 2002, he was Managing Director of DIARIO EL CORREO, S.A. (owned by the Grupo Correo publishing company).

Before that, he took part in the creation of EDIVASA in 1990, the publishing company of El Mundo in the Basque country, where he was Managing Director until the end of 1993.

In the 1980s, he worked for eight years in the multinational KPMG Peat Marwick, first in the audit division, and then in the management consultancy division, developing different jobs related to the consultancy and management of companies.

He is also a Member of the Board of the following companies of the Vocento Group: DIARIO EL CORREO, S.A.; EDITORIAL CANTABRIA, S.A.; COTLAN , S.A.; TALLER DE EDITORES, S.A.; CMXXI and GALA Ediciones, S.A.

In addition, he is an Assembly Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bilbao.

He joined the IFRA Board in 2006.
