Cancellation: If you have registered but are unable to participate, you may nominate someone to take your place. In such a case, please be sure to inform us accordingly and in good time. We charge a handling fee in the amount of 10% of the participation fee for cancellations up to four weeks before the tour begins. After that, the entire participation fee becomes due.
