The concept: IFRA India 2007 is the 15th annual event in India and will have a combination of two parallel learning seminars and expo at the same venue. The event is targetted at senior level executives and key decision makers such as publishers, Managing Editors, Production Directors, General Managers, Production Managers etc. The event is expected to be attended by more than 500 delegates from India, rest of South Asia and middle east. Over the years, the event has become the annual meeting point of the Indian publishing industry.
The event will start with a common opening key-note presentation after which participants will split for two separate seminar forums.

Conference Sessions
Publishers Forum
The publishers Forum will focus on issues affecting newspapers in the highly fragmented media market. Issues such as Branding, New Products, Advertising and how they help in gaining the audience will be discussed. The topics will be well balanced with case study presentations by Publishers from India and abroad.
Technical Forum
The Technical Fourm of IFRA India conference is much looked forward-to by every participant of the conference. It will discuss topics such as ‘Industrialised Production’ and ‘Quality in Newspaper Production’ etc. It will have a good mix of theory and user presentations.
Plant Visit
All delegates are invited for a guided tour to The Hindu, Maraimalai Nagar plant on 6 September 2007, starting at 2 pm from the expo venue, organised by Muller Martini and Mitsubishi.
